Buying homes in Arizona
The Search Interface we provide you is an IDX solution that showcases Arizona homes for sale throughout the coverage area of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS©). This IDX is an exchange of listings between all participating Arizona brokers utilizing this MLS in Arizona. The homes for sale that you will find here are listed by one of the real estate brokers in the state of Arizona who has agreed to pay compensation to a licensed real estate agent for bringing and representing a home buyer who successfully purchases their listed home. In this manner, most real estate agents do not receive any payment up front from shopping home buyers. We are only paid if your home sale is successfully closed (consummated), and you receive the keys to your new home. Even then, we are paid out of the sellers' proceeds, not by you as the home buyer. In essence, we work for you, the home buyer, for FREE (no up front, out of pocket costs to you!)
Helpful Advice: Before searching for your new home, get pre-qualified from the lender that you wish to finance your new home purchase. If you don't have a lender, we'd love to suggest contacting Lisa Barrera at Coldwell Banker Home Loans by clicking on her name at the left. The purpose of getting prequalified is twofold: First, you will know exactly how much home you can reasonably afford (why look at $200k homes if you can comfortably afford more?) Second, if today we find the home of your dreams, being prequalified means you are ready, right now, to place an offer to the seller, and the seller will know that you are a legitimate prospect to buy their home. We can avoid any delays that might cost you the home to another buyer.
