The Search Interface we provide you is an IDX solution that showcases Arizona homes for sale throughout the coverage area of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS©). This IDX is an exchange of listings between all participating Arizona brokers utilizing this MLS in Arizona. The purpose of getting prequalified is twofold: First, you will know exactly how much home you can reasonably afford (why look at $200k homes if you can comfortably afford more?) Second, if today we find the home of your dreams, being prequalified means you are ready, right now, to place an offer to the seller, and the seller will know that you are a legitimate prospect to buy their home. We can avoid any delays that might cost you the home to another buyer.
